  • We keep a waitlist with 10 spots open for every class in case the class is full.

Up until 2 hours before a class starts:We use FIRST COME, FIRST SERVE: When a spot in the class becomes available, the system will automatically try to book the first person on the waitlist into the class. Customers can see where they are on the waitlist on their end. Each customer will receive a SMS confirming that they have been booked from the waitlist into the class.

Within 2 hours of class start: we use FASTEST FINGERS: after the waitlist cut-off when a spot in the class becomes available, the system will automatically send an SMS to everyone who is on the waitlist and the first person to respond to the SMS accepting their spot will be booked into the class.
